"Sunland Park Early Achievers" is an early learning initiative that will service the Sunland Park community with a focus on Sunland Park Elementary, Child Care Centers, OIC and Fort Lauderdale Housing Authority.

08.06.09 - College Summit Institute (Las Vegas, Nevada) Norwood conducts workshop on "Collaboration and Community Organization for Effective Outreach and Policy Advocacy" 2006 - Miami New TImes Norwood as Chair of the Miam Lakes Youth Activites Task Force creates Break Dancing Competition for the town's youth. Dr. Peterson, Director of Education teaches the Hip Hop Elements during Competition.
